DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Shipping within Australia

We send our precious parcels with Australia Post.  All orders sent within Australia are trackable. We offer flat rate shipping of $9 AUD within Australia.

Orders should take 3-4 working days to arrive. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email notifying you along with a tracking number to track your order.

Shipping to New Zealand

We do ship to New Zealand, the home of McKinlays who make our shoes. If you live in New Zealand and would like to order a pair of ELOISE school shoes, please send us an email and we will organise shipping to you. As yet we can't process international orders through the website.

Shipping to the rest of the world

This would be amazing! Please contact us directly if you would like to organise an order and advise on shipping.

FREE Returns within Australia.

Returns will be accepted within 7 days of delivery for exchange, credit note or refund. If 7 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unworn and in the same condition that you received it. 

Please contact us if you would like to make a return. We will organise Sendle to pick up the shoes at your door.

In the case of requiring an exchange please contact us to discuss the item you would like to exchange for so that we can let you know available stock and hold the item for you.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
